Martin & Pole have been providing professional property services for over
170 years and although they wanted to retain many of the traditional values
that appeal to their loyal clients, they recognised that they needed to adopt a
more contemporary brand image, along with a more progressive approach to
promoting the business ‘brand’ rather than just promotion to sell houses!
We created a fresh new logo identity with an alternative M&P ‘roundel’ that could
be used flexibly across many of the stationery items and brochures required. Of
course, new sales and lettings boards were also needed - along with
smart new signage for the various offices. We’ve also developed mailers and
advertising campaigns that have helped establish the M&P name in new areas as
the company expands, as well as designs for the very successful Auction House
that is run in parallel with the core business.
